Account Manager

BRForms
- Inspectors working on large buildings can now generate reports more reliably, even with forms containing thousands of fields. This update ensures smooth performance for complex inspections
- We’ve also expanded the character limit for primary field labels from 200 to 450, allowing for longer, more detailed questions and descriptions when building forms

- New users will now experience a more consistent dashboard experience thanks to a minor enhancement that ensures the control bar is always active and ready to use
ScanSeries for Android (v1.9.6)
- This update adds support for new organization-level privileges that help inspectors upload complete and compliant inspections. The app now provides helpful warnings if uploads have missing photos on failed devices, uncaptured signatures, failed SprinklerScan devices not marked as critical deficiencies, or incomplete inspection frequency fields
- We’ve also refined device replacement behaviour so that replacing a device, even one deleted earlier in the same inspection, works smoothly without interruptions
ScanSeries Standard Reports
- We’ve made major upgrades to reporting visuals and functionality:
- Fire Pump Testing Reports: Pump test graphs now include interactive controls that let you show or hide curves by clicking the date in the legend. A second graph shows test points marked as VFD, and a new 5% degradation curve makes it easy to verify pump performance visually
- FireScan Reports: The Battery & Power Supply Testing section now includes a Manufacturer Date column, and the Location column text now links directly to the single device editor for quicker access
- Formatting enhancements: Reports now handle split sections cleanly, so the “(continued)” label only appears in section titles, avoiding confusion in device data fields
- SafetyScan Reports: The Personal Protective Equipment Report has been streamlined by removing a redundant device type label, keeping the layout clear and consistent
Web Portal
- Managing building owners is now easier than ever. A new feature in the building edit interface allows owner management directly from various portal views, bringing the flexibility previously available only on the legacy Buildings page to all editing interfaces
- We’ve also introduced a new organization-level privilege that provides mobile users with a helpful warning if they attempt to upload an inspection with the Test/Inspect Frequency field left blank. Combined with recent privilege enhancements, administrators now have more tools to ensure inspections are complete before uploaded
